Recipe

  1. In a salad bowl, add raw semolina, lemon juice and olive oil.
  2. Add small chunck of sweet pepper, the thin slice onion and the copped herbs. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Mix everything together and put in the fridge for 2 hours, the semolina will grow with the oil and the lemon juice. Don’t forget to mix it again before serving.
  4. It is ready.
